Our long-time partner & sauce master, Toshio created our handcrafted pad thai glaze from scratch. Inspired by the restaurant dish, the flavours pair perfectly with our air dried [not fried] rice noodles.

Preparation and Usage
Preparation 1. Peel off lid & remove glaze sachet; add boiling water to fill line & stand for 5 mins. Stir the noodles halfway through [do not add glaze sachet yet!] 2. Tip to drain all water through the holes [warning: contents will be hot!] 3. Remove draining film, add glaze sachet & stir Not suitable for microwaving.
