Chicken Fajita, 4 Servings 500g chicken breast fillets, cut into strips 1 tbsp butter or oil 1 pepper, sliced 1 onion, sliced 1 sachet Santa Maria Fajita Seasoning Mix 8 Santa Maria Plain Flour Soft Tortilla Toppings: Guacamole and lettuce. How to prepare: Fry the chicken in a frying pan at high heat until it is golden brown on all sides. Add the pepper and onion and cook until the vegetables have some colour. Turn down the heat to medium and add Fajita Seasoning mix. Stir so that the seasoning is evenly distributed. Let the fajita simmer for around two minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked. Serve the Fajita in warm tortilla bread with lettuce and toppings.
