Preparation and Usage

Try this protein-packed tofu salad for 2, ideal for vegans. 1 Slice 1 pack of Yutaka tofu into bite-size cubes. 2 Mix with 1 bag of salad vegetables and garnish with toasted panko or spring onion. 3 Drizzle with Yutaka Sesame and Miso Sauce or Tamari Soy Sauce and sesame oil. This creamy, silken tofu block is packaged to keep fresh until you're ready to enjoy it. Open as follows: 1 Unfold the four corners of the carton and cut off the top with scissors along the cutting lines. 2 Place the carton on a big plate, holding the bottom corners and push the tofu out carefully. 3 If required, wrap the tofu in kitchen paper to remove any excess water.

Storage

Store in a cool place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
