Sourced direct from smallholder farmers in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia and the Chirinos co-operative in northern Peru, this speciality coffee is then expertly hand-roasted in London.

Preparation and Usage
The Perfect Cafetière One heaped dessert spoon (15g-18g) per 250ml cup. Water just off the boil (92°). Stir, brew for 4 minutes, then plunge and enjoy.
