Preparation and Usage

Serving Suggestion: Place on buttered brown bread, with a squeeze of lemon juice. Or alternatively, place prawns in a Marie rose sauce, onto sliced smoked salmon then roll to form a cone and serve with fresh salad. Preparation Guidelines This smoked salmon is ready to eat. To enjoy this product at its best, remove and seperate the slices and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 2 days and 'use by' date shown. Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze. Use within 1 month. Once defrosted use on same day and do not refreeze. This product has previously been frozen and has been restored to chill temperature under carefully controlled conditions. It is still suitable for home freezing. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 8 hours in the refrigerator. Follow the preparation guidelines above.
