All our chocolate desserts are handmade with single origin cocoa, sustainable crafted at origin and grown on farms in Colombia.
Maranta 61% dark chocolate has a seductive flavour of citrus fruits and spices, with herbal notes and light acidic tones that give it such a fine balance between sweet notes and rich chocolate. I chose to partner this Maranta 61% with orange, as its natural citrus fruits and spices complement our zesty orange compote. This is a chocolate pud to excite the taste buds.
