Recipe Mild Chicken Curry Ingredients 2 tbsps. vegetable oil, 2 large onions, peeled, halved and finely sliced, 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed, 4 heaped tbsps. Co-op Mild Curry Powder, 4 chicken breasts, sliced, 150ml water, 200ml single cream. Serves 4 Method 1. Heat the oil in a large, non-stick saucepan on a medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, cook until they are soft and lightly coloured, stirring occasionally. 2. Add the Mild Curry Powder and fry for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the chicken and fry until brown. 3. Add the water and slowly bring to a simmer over a low heat. Stir in the single cream and simmer for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Season to taste. Serve with basmati rice, chopped coriander and toasted almonds.
