Easy to Cook Hard to Resist! Tikka Seekh Kabab© Spicy Bar-b-Que Meat Cubes Ingredients Required / Quantity & Preparation Beef/Chicken/Mutton 1-1 1/2 kgs small thin cubes Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon Ginger Paste 1 tablespoon Raw Papaya with skin 1 cup finely sliced/200g Ghee/Butter melted 1/2 cup/75g for basting Shan Tikka Seekh Kabab BBQ Mix one packet (use less for mild hot) Steps of Cooking 1. Mix Shan Tikka Seekh Kabab BBQ Mix in half a cup of water. Add garlic, ginger, raw papaya and apply to meat. Leave it to marinate for 3-4 hours. Then remove the raw papaya slices. 2. Sew the meat onto the thin round/flat skewer. Place on very low heat of coal/gas fire. Grill until very lightly browned. 3. Brush the meat with butter/ghee and rotate the skewer to grill evenly on all sides until tender. Serve 6-8 persons. Seekh Kabab© Ground Meat Skewers Kabab Beef/Chicken 1 kg minced to fine 3 times Ghee/Suet/Butter 1/2-3/4 cup/100-150g/minced suet Green Chillies 2 tablespoons coarsely grounded Onion medium 1, chopped & coarsely grounded Ginger 2 tablespoons/4" piece/50g Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon heapful Shan Tikka Seekh Kabab BBQ Mix one packet (use less for mild hot) Steps of Cooking 1. Add to the minced meat, onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and Shan Tikka Seekh Kabab BBQ Mix. Mix and marinate for about 3 hours. 2. Add ghee and knead well. Make small meat balls and sew the skewers through each meat ball. Flatten the minced meat around the skewer to make thin Kababs, with wet hand. 3. Put on very low heat of coal fire or in an oven and heat evenly, by turning the skewers periodically, until very light brown. Do no over brown the Seekh Kababs.
