Preparation and Usage

1. Heat 1/2 cup oil and fry 3 medium (300g), finely sliced onions for a few minutes. 2. Add 500g meat, cubed (Chicken/Beef/Lamb), 1 tbsp Shan Garlic Paste, 1 tbsp Shan Ginger Paste and 2-3 tbsp Shan Meat Masala Mix. Stir-fry for a few minutes. 3. Add 1 medium, finely diced tomato. Stir-fry and then add 4 cups of water. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender. 4. Increase heat, stir, and cook until the oil separates from the masala. For desired gravy, if necessary, add the appropriate amount of water.
