Preparation and Usage

Shopping List 400g white fish or 400g paneer Easy Goan Curry for 2 1 FRY the spices in a little hot oil for 20 Seconds. 2 Add the Spice Paste and sizzle to release the flavours. Cook for 2 Mins, add 50ml water and simmer until evaporated. 3 Stir in the sauce and simmer for 5 Mins. Add the diced fish or paneer and simmer with a lid for 3 Mins until cooked through. Try 2 diced courgettes and a handful of peppers instead of fish for a veggie option. Personalise by removing the whole chilli for-less heat. This Product Must Be Cooked.
