Make your favourite meat sauce layered with lasagne sheets in an ovenproof dish. Make up white sauce as directed and pour over lasagne. Sprinkle 50 g grated cheddar cheese over the top and bake at 190°C / 170°C fan / Gas mark 5, for 40-45 mins until golden and bubbling. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
