The liquid may separate, so shake it gently and pour yourself an invigorating glass of refreshment, any time of the day Up to six glasses of delicious juice Drink a 150ml glass to get one of your 5-a-day. Keep the juice chilled and cap it each day to ensure your carton goes further

Further Description

Healthy Eating A healthy diet contains lots of fruit and vegetables; it is based on starchy foods such as wholegrain bread, pasta and rice and is low in fat (especially saturated fat), salt and sugar. Adults should eat at least 5 portions of different fruit and vegetables each day. Fresh, frozen, canned, dried and concentrated fruit and vegetables all count towards this. A 150ml portion of Pineapple Juice can only contribute 1 portion towards the 5 a day target, even if more than one portion is drunk. You should aim to limit to 1 glass a day.
