Preparation and Usage
Earn Your Baking Badge You Will Need... 1 medium egg 1 heaped teaspoon of butter (6g) at room temperature 45ml (3 tbsp) water for the cake mix Water for the icing Get Baking! 1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (160ºC for a fan oven), Gas Mark 4. 2. Put the cupcake cases in a cupcake tray. 3. Whisk sponge mix with the 6g butter and egg until thick and smooth. Add the water and whisk for 1 minute until the mixture looks runny. 4. Evenly divide the cake mixture into each cupcake case and bake for 12-15 minutes until firm to touch. Allow the cakes to cool on a wire rack Have Fun Decorating! 5. To make the icing, put the icing sugar in a small bowl. Add a teaspoon of water at a time and mix until smooth 6. Spread a little of the icing on each cake and decorate with edible Hey Duggee wafers! Leave the icing to set, then enjoy! Best eaten freshly baked.
