Recipe Chilli Prawn Stir-Fry-Serves 2 2 Wholewheat noodle nests 2tbsp sunflower oil 1 finely chopped red chilli 150g sugar snap peas 2tbsp sweet chilli sauce 3tbsp soy sauce handful of chopped chives and coriander 300g raw, peeled prawns 3 Spring onions, chopped Method: Heat oil in a wok and add chillies, sugar snap peas and spring onion and cook for 3 minutes. Add prawns and cook until pink. Add cooked noodles, sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce-Cook for la further 3 minutes. Garnish with chives and coriander to serve.
