Recipe Teriyaki Serves 2 Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan until hot. Add 2 thinly sliced chicken breast fillets and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add 150g thinly sliced vegetables (of your choice) and the sauce sachet; stir fry for a further 2 minutes. Serve immediately over fluffy white jasmine rice. Alternatively, substitute the chicken for any meat, fish or vegetables of your choice. Ensure meat/fish is thoroughly cooked before serving.
