Preparation and Usage

Ensure food is piping hot. Appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Cook Co-op chicken goujons or breaded chicken fillets as per the on-pack guidelines. Empty the sauce into a pan and heat gently, stirring occasionally for 6-7 mins. Serve the sauce and top with the goujons or chicken fillets, sliced. Serve with rice. Saucepan Heat 1 tbsp oil in a saucepan. Add 450g diced chicken breast. Cook over a medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Add the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. If a thinner consistency is desired add 50ml of water and bring back to a simmer. Serves 4. Alternative: Swap the chicken for vegetables of your choice.

Storage
