Preparation and Usage

Served with a sticky BBQ glaze 1 To Prep it: Slice pork belly into thick slices 2 To Cook it: Place on baking tray in the centre of an oven for 30 minutes Turn over half way through cooking & baste with juices 3 To Sauce it: Squeeze the sachet of sauce evenly over the pork Return to the oven for another 10 minutes. 4 To Serve it: Spoon over any juices from the from cooking tray and serve Enjoy!

Storage

Keep in fridge 2 to 5°C Home Freezing For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and always within the Use By date. Use within 1 month. Defrost in a fridge for 12 hours. Defrost thoroughly before heating and use within 24 hours. Keep in the fridge, cook and eat within 24 hours of opening. Don't exceed the Use By date.
