Preparation and Usage

Preparation Guidelines Wash the skins thoroughly under cold running water and dry if stir frying. Top and tail by cutting a small section from both ends. Cut into rounds or strips, as desired. Top Tip Why not try slicing into thin ribbons using a vegetable peeler and use as a substitute for pasta. Advice Retain in packaging. Always wash work surfaces, cutting boards, utensils and hands before and after preparing food and after disposal of packaging. Wash fruit and vegetables before use.

Storage

Store in the fridge at 2-5°C to keep fresh for longer. If it still looks good enough to eat, it is!
