Preparation and Usage

Preparation Guidelines For 568ml (1 pint) - Place 57g of Co-op Instant Dried Skimmed Milk into a dry measuring jug. Add cold water up to 568ml (1 pint) mark and stir thoroughly. Use in place of fresh milk in sweet and savoury sauces, cakes, batter mixes and many dessert recipes. Once made up, store as you would fresh milk. To serve hot, simply heat gently as you would fresh milk. For tea or coffee - Sprinkle 1-2 teaspoonsful or quantity as desired into a cup of freshly made tea or coffee, stir thoroughly. If using dry, always allow boiling liquids to cool slightly before adding Co-op Instant Dried Skimmed Milk.

Storage

For best before end date: See back of pack. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened store in an airtight container and use within 1 month. Once water has been added as indicated the product should be kept refrigerated and used within 2 days.
