Preparation and Usage

Belgian Chocolate & Cornish Fudge Cookie Kit You Will Need Greaseproof paper Baking Tray 30g unsalted butter 1tbsp (15ml) cold water Method Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC/ Fan 160ºC/ Gas Mark 4 and line a flat baking tray with greaseproof paper. Empty the cookie mix into a large mixing bowl and add the butter and water, mix together to form a dough. Divide the cookie dough into 6 evenly sized balls. Evenly space the balls on the baking tray and gently press them down. Bake in the centre of the oven for 10-15 minutes, until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
