Preparation and Usage

Blood Orange Sorbet 300ml blood orange juice 2 star anise 100g Co-op golden granulated sugar 1. Place the orange juice, star anise and sugar into a pan. Bring to the boil, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Remove the star anise. 2. Cool. Pour into an ice-cream machine and churn until smooth and frozen. 3. Scoop and serve. Tip: If you don't have an ice cream maker, place the cooled mixture in a freezer-proof container and freeze until firm, whisking every hour with a fork to break up the ice crystals.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened store in an air-tight container.
