Recipe 1 sachet Chicken Chasseur Mix 1 tbsp (15ml) vegetable oil 1 medium onion, diced 4 skinless chicken breasts 175g mushrooms, sliced 1/2 tbs tomato purée 300ml (1/2 pint) cold water How to Cook All appliances vary, the following instructions are guidelines only. Pre-heat your oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and soften the onions. Add the chicken and brown both sides for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to an ovenproof casserole dish and add the mushrooms. Blend the contents of sachet and the tomato purée with water and add to casserole dish. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 hour. Serve with mashed potato.
