Serves 4 1 sachet Beef Casserole Sauce Mix 450g (1lb) lean braising steak - cubed 2 medium onions - sliced 2-3 carrots - sliced 300ml cold water How to Cook All cooking appliances vary, the following instructions are guidelines only. Pre-heat your oven to 180°C / 350°F / Mark 4. Place the beef, onions and carrots in an ovenproof casserole dish. Mix the contents of the sachet with cold water and add to the casserole. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 hour 45 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Ensure casserole is piping hot throughout before serving. Serving Suggestion For something different why not add a pastry lid to your casserole.
