Spring Onion and Tomato Pasta Salad Serves 4, 15 Mins, Quick & Easy Shopping List - 300g of Napolina Fusilli - 1 bunch of spring onions - 1 yellow pepper, de seeded - 150g of cherry vine tomatoes - 75g of black olives - Salt and ground black pepper For the Dressing - 100ml Napolina Olive Oil - 2tbsp Napolina Balsamic Vinegar - 1 clove of garlic, crushed - 1 tsp of wholegrain mustard - Handful of chopped flat leaf parsley How to Make #1 Cook the pasta in slightly salted boiling water for 9-11 minutes or until al dente. Drain and leave to cool. #2 Finely chop the spring onions and yellow pepper. Halve the cherry tomatoes and mix together. Add the olives. #3 Make the dressing by mixing all the ingredients together in a bowl. #4 Mix the cooled pasta and spring onion together. Pour the dressing over the pasta and mix gently. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Buon appetito!
