All you need: 4 Tbsp./60g butter 250g Boneless chicken, cut into medium pieces Entire packet of Suhana chicken tikka masala mix (80g) 2 1/2 cups/500ml water Cooking time: 25 minutes Serves: 4 Dish Category: Main How to prepare stove method 1 Heat 3 tbsp butter in a pan and sauté chicken for 12-15 minutes. Keep aside. 2 Add Suhana chicken tikka masala mix and water in another pan and cook for 10 minutes. 3 Add sautéed chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes or till gravy thickens. Garnish with remaining butter. Serve piping hot with rice or Indian bread such as paratha or naan. For a more exotic version, add grilled chicken tikkas to the curry instead of sautéed chicken.
