Preparation and Usage
Chicken Chilli Dry: Cooking time: 20 minutes Dish category: Starter All you need: 250g Boneless chicken breast, cut into medium lengthwise pieces, 1 medium capsicum, diced, 1 medium onion, diced, Entire packet of Suhana Chicken Chilli Dry Mix (50g), 1 Green Chilli chopped, 15g/2 tbsp chopped fresh garlic, 2 tbsp oil, 1 cup / 200ml water. How to prepare: 1. Make a paste of Suhana Chicken Chilli Dry Mix with 1/2 cup / 100ml water. 2 Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, green chilli and sauté for 1 minute. Add chicken and stir fry for a minute. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes on low heat or till more than half done. 3 Add cut vegetables and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add paste, remaining 100ml water and sauté for 1-2 minutes or till mixture coats chicken and serve hot. Serving suggestion: Serve with fried rice or noodles. Make delicious prawns chilli dry by using prawns instead of chicken. Make a paste of suhana chicken chilli dry mix + Heat oil & saute chopped garlic, chilli & chicken + Add vegetables & paste = Serve hot
