Preparation and Usage

MTR Tip Serve hot with MTR sambar, coconut chutney and potato curry Cooking directions 3 easy step recipe 1 Step 1 + 1/2 sour curd Add 1 measure mix to 1/2 measure sour curd to form batter. Set aside for 1 minute. 'Measure' means a cup or container of your choice. 2 Step sour curd Add 1 more measure of sour curd to the batter and mix well.* Set aside for 2 minutes. *You may add finely cut coriander leaves to the mix. 3 Step 12 mins Steam the batter in an idli cooker / idli vessel for 10-12 minutes on medium to high flame. Serve hot. Steam freshly prepared batter in a preheated cooker Use a dry spoon.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry & hygienic place. Once opened, transfer the contents into an air tight container.
