Recipe idea: Fish Vindaloo (Serves 4) 1. Marinate 4 fish steaks with 1tsp ginger and 1tsp garlic and set aside. 2. Fry 2 medium sliced onions and 5 curry leaves in 4tbsp oil, until soft. 3. Add 1tsp coarse ground black pepper and 35g Paste, cook for 1-2 mins. Add 60ml of water, cook until water has evaporated. 4. Add 200g chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins. 5. Add the fish and spoon the sauce over the top, cover and cook for 8-10 mins until the fish is cooked.
