Recipes

Recipe idea: Tandoori Chicken (Serves 4) 1. Prepare 1 whole chicken by removing the skin and cutting into 4 pieces. 2. Make deep incisions or gashes on the chicken pieces. 3. Mix 150g paste, 100g natural yogurt, 1tsp ginger, 1tsp garlic, 1tbsp gram flour and 2tbsp oil in a mixing bowl. 4. Add chicken to the bowl, mix well, cover, place in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hrs and a maximum of 24 hrs. 5. Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 220°C / Gas Mark 7 for 15-20 mins until the chicken is cooked. Baste with little extra oil halfway through cooking.
