Recipe idea: Bhindi Do Pyaaza (Serves 4) 1. Shallow fry 500g diced okra (Bhindi) until soft and cooked for 7-10 mins. 2. In a separate pan, fry 2 sliced onions in 4tbsp oil until soft. 3. Add 1tsp ginger, 1tsp garlic and 140g Paste, cook for 1-2 mins. Add 100ml of water, cook until the water has evaporated. 4. Add 200g chopped tomatoes and cook on a medium heat for 8-10 mins until the sauce thickens. 5. Stir in the fried okra (Bhindi) and cook for 2 mins.
