Recipe idea: Lamb Balti (Serves 4) 1. Fry 1 diced onion in 3tbsp oil until soft. 2. Add 1tsp ginger, 1tsp garlic and 140g paste, cook for 1-2 mins. Add 50ml of water, cook until the water has evaporated. 3. Add 500g diced lamb, cook until sealed. Add 150ml water, simmer until the lamb is tender (approx. 30 mins). 4. Add 200g chopped tomatoes and simmer for 10 mins. 5. Add 2 diced peppers, cook for 2 mins.
