Preparation and Usage

Tahini sauce is a paste of ground sesame seeds. Use it in pitta sandwiches, marinades or dips or why not make homemade hummus by adding chickpeas, olive oil, garlic and lemon juice. Tahini based sauces make popular Middle Eastern and European side dishes.
