Stir well before use. Instructions for Use: It is important that this product is not consumed uncooked. Marinate paste with chosen ingredients and cover in the fridge up to 24 hours. Bake, grill or BBQ until cooked.

Recipes

Recipe idea: Chicken Tikka (Serves 4) 1. Mix 150g paste, 100g natural yogurt, 1tsp ginger, 1tsp garlic, 1tbsp gram flour and 2tbsp oil in a mixing bowl. 2. Add 500g diced chicken breast, mix well, cover, place in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 24 hours. 3. Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 180°C / Gas Mark 4 for 15-20 mins until the chicken is cooked. Baste with little extra oil halfway through cooking.
