Preparation and Usage

Paneer Chilli Dry: Cooking time: 10 minutes Serves: 4 Dish category: Main course All you need: 250g Paneer, cut into medium rectangular pieces, 1 medium capsicum, diced; 1 medium onion, diced; Entire packet of Suhana Paneer Chilli Dry Mix (50g),1 Green chilli chopped, 15g/2 tbsp chopped fresh garlic, 2 tbsp oil, 1 cup / 200 ml water. How to prepare: 1. Make a paste of Suhana paneer chilli dry mix with ½ cup/100ml water. 2. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, green chilli, cut vegetables and sauté for 1 minutes. 3. Add paneer and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add paste, remaining 100ml water and sauté for 1-2 minutes or till mixture coats paneer and serve hot. Serving suggestion: Serve with fried rice or noodles. Make delicious baby corn or mushroom chilli dry using baby corn or mushroom instead of paneer. Make a paste of suhana paneer chilli dry mix + Heat oil & sauté chopped garlic, green chilli, cut vegetables + Add paneer and paste = Serve hot
