Recipes

Fried Spicy Fish Ingredients: 1 lb fresh fish, filleted or cut pieces, 1 tsp Natco Ground Cumin, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1 garlic clove, crushed, 1/2 tsp Natco Paprika Powder, 1/2 tsp Natco Chilli Powder, 3 tbsp Natco butter ghee, salt to taste. Method: Mix all the ingredients, except for the fish and ghee, into a paste. Coat fish with mixture. For best results set aside for 1 hour to marinate. Heat frying pan with butter ghee and fry fish quickly on both sides (grill if preferred). Garnish with chopped tomatoes and fresh coriander leaves. Serve with Natco Basmati Rice and chanadal soup. Serves 6
