Recipes

Spiced Shrimps with Potatoes Serves 6 1/2 lb raw shrimps; 1 tsp Natco Ground Coriander; 1/2 tsp Natco Chilli Powder; 2 large potatoes; 1/4 tsp Natco Turmeric Powder; 2 tomatoes, chopped; 1 garlic clove, crushed; 5 tbsp Natco Butter Ghee; Salt to taste. Method: Heat the ghee in a saucepan and sauté the potatoes until part cooked. Mix in all the spices and stir fry for 1 minute. Add the shrimps and sauté for a further 3 minutes. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until cooked. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with Natco Basmati Rice.
