Black Peppercorn Steak Serves 4-6 5lb bones sirloin steak, cut 1 1/2" thick; 2 tbsp Natco Whole Black Pepper, freshly crushed; 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped; 1 tsp salt. Method: Press the crushed pepper into both sides of the meat and sprinkle on the coriander. Stand at room temperature for 1/2 hr. Lightly grease a large frying pan, sprinkle with the salt and place over a high heat until the salt begins to brown. Add the steaks and cook for 8-10 mins each side. Serve with tomatoes stuffed with vegetable pilau rice.
