Preparation and Usage

1 Bag For: 1 Kg Meat Qeema Masala Serves 6-8 Required Ingredients - Quantity & Preparation 1. Minced Meat - 1 Kg 2. Onion - 3 Nos (300g) thin sliced 3. Yogurt - 1 Cup (170g) beaten 4. Oil / Ghee - 1 Cup (175g) 5. Tomatoes - 3 Nos (250g) chopped 6. Green Chilli - 4-6 Nos (20g) cut into ring 7. Ginger - 1 teaspoon (4.5g), chopped 8. Garlic - 2 tablespoon (36g), chopped 9. Green Coriander - 1/2 Bunch (16g) 10. Lazzat Qeema Masala - 1 Bag (50g) Cooking Method for Qeema Masala: 1. Heat oil/ghee and add onion. Fry the onion until it become translucent. 2. Fry half of the portion of ginger, garlic and Lazzat Qeema Masala with minced meat. Mix well and fry for 3-5 minutes. Cook on a low flame until meat is tender. Add some water if required. 3. When it is dried up and gets tenderized, then add yogurt, tomatoes and remaining half of the portion of all spices, ginger and garlic and fry until the oil gets separated over the meat. 4. Add green chilli and green coriander. Cook on low heat for 2 - 3 minutes 5. Remove from heat and serve with Hot Naan or Roti.

Storage

Store in air tight container after opening to preserve freshness.
