Preparation and Usage
1 Bag For: 1 Kg Fish Fish Serves 6-8 Fish / Prawns Curry Required Ingredients - Quantity & Preparation 1. Fish (Pieces) or Prawns - 1 Kg 2. Yogurt (Whipped) - 1 Cup 3. Onion (Medium Sized) - One (finely sliced) 4. Garlic Paste - 1 Tablespoon 5. Oil / Ghee - 1 cup (150g) 6. Lazzat Fish Masala - One Bag (50g) Cooking Method: 1. Put salt or yellow gram flour (Baisan) on fish pieces / prawns and wash thoroughly after 15 minutes. 2. Fry onion until golden. Add Garlic paste, Lazzat Fish Masala (one bag) yogurt and fry for 5-6 minutes. 3. Put Fish / prawns & fry for further 5-10 minutes. Add 1-2 cup of water, cover & cook on low flame until tender and ghee / oil separates. Put chopped green coriander and serve with boiled rice or chapati. Fried Fish / Prawns Required Ingredients - Quantity & Preparation 1. Fish Sliced / Whole or Prawns (Dressed) - 1 Kg 2. Garlic Paste - 2 Tablespoons 3. Fresh Lemon Juice - Juice of 2 Lemons 4. Oil / Ghee - 1/2 Ltd / 500g 5. Lazzat Fish Masala - One Bag 50g Cooking Method: 1. Mix Lazzat Fish Masala with fresh lemon juice and garlic paste. 2. Coat the Masala paste on the Fish & leave for 1/2 an hour to marinate. 3. Fry the coated fish in hot oil / Ghee until light brown. Serving Suggestions: Garnish with Chat Masala & Serve with fresh lime wedges. Baisen Fried Fish / Prawns 1. Leave the Fish to marinate according to step No. 1 as above. 2. Prepare the Batter from the Gram flour and 1 Table Spoon of salt. 3. Coat the marinated fish with batter and deep fry in hot oil/Ghee until golden brown. Serve with Green Chilli Sauce
