Masaledar Sindhi Biryani Recipe (Sindhi style Spicy Rice with Meat) Meat (Mutton, Chicken or Beef) 500 gms - 750 gms Basmati Rice (soaked for 30 minutes) 500 gms - 750 gms (For more/hot masala use 500 gms rice) Yoghurt (whipped) 100 gms (1/2 cup). Onion (medium, sized finely sliced) 3 (200 gms) Tomatoes (cut in fine round slices) 3 (200 gms) Potatoes (medium) 3 peeled & cut in two or four (250 gms) Small Green Chillies whole 20 - 25 (25 gms) Green Coriander (chopped) one cup / 1 bunch. Fresh Mint (chopped) one cup / 1 bunch. Ghee/Cooking Oil 1 - 1 1/2 cup (200 gms). Laziza Masaledar Sindhi Biryani Masala one bag only. Easy Steps 1. Fry sliced onions till become golden. Add meat, potatoes and stir fry for 8-10 minutes. Now put Laziza Masaledar Biryani Masala (one bag), green chillies, yoghurt and fry for 5-7 minutes. 2. Add 1-2 glasses of water, cover the lid and cook on low flame till the meat is tender. When the meat is cooked/tender there should be at least two cups of gravy, if not then add water. 3. Now transfer the meat masala to a larger utensil and spread sliced tomatoes, green coriander & mint leaves. Cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes (do not mix or stir). 4. Separately boil rice in 12 glasses of hot water with 3-4 tablespoons of salt till half tender. Drain water thoroughly. Spread the rice on meat masala (do not mix the rice & the meat). Cover & cook on low flame until rice is tender. Garnish with fried onions & mix well before serving.
