Preparation and Usage

Cooking Instructions: 1. Cut the fish into pieces. 2. In a bowl mix 100g KTC Masala Fish Batter Mix with 140ml (1/4 pint) of cold water and whisk until a smooth batter is made. 3. Dip fish pieces in batter and coat fully. 4. Deep fry in hot oil at 170°C (350°F) until golden brown. 5. Drain off excess oil on kitchen paper. Serve & Enjoy.
