Preparation and Usage

1 Stir-fry 1 cup (100g) of chopped vegetables (carrot, onion, cabbage, French beans) in 3 tbsp oil for 2-3 minutes. 2 Add 3 cups (300g) of boiled rice (leftover rice is best) and stir-fry. 3 Add 1 1/2 tsp (10g) Ching's Secret schezwan fried rice masala (no need to add extra salt) and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot!

Storage

Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place. On opening this pack, transfer contents immediately into a suitable air-tight container. Keep the container closed after use.
