Preparation and Usage

Cooking instructions: Serves 4 1 Add 2 1/2 tsp (17g) ching's secret paneer chilli masala mix to 1/2 cups (250ml) of water and mix well. 2 Heat 1/2 tbsp of oil in pan & stir-fry 150g of paneer cubes, 1 cup (100g) of diced vegetables (onion, capsicum, carrot) & 1 slit green chilli (add more if you want it hot) for 2-3 minutes. 3 Add masala mixture and stir well. Bring to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes (no need to add extra salt). For thicker gravy simmer for 3-4 mins. Garnish with chopped spring onion & serve hot!

Storage

Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place. On opening this pack, transfer contents immediately into a suitable air-tight container. Keep the container closed after use.
