Preparation and Usage

Cooking instructions: Serves 4 1 Manchurian balls - Take 1 1/2 cup grated cabbage & squeeze the water from it. In a bowl mix cabbage, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, ½ tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp besan (gram flour) and salt to taste. Make small balls and deep fry on slow flame till golden brown and keep aside. 2 Mix 2 1/2 tsp (17g) Ching's Secret Veg Manchurian Masala Mix to 1 1/2 cup (250ml) of water and mix well. 3 Heat 1 1/2 tbsp oil in pan and stir-fry 1 cup (100g) of diced vegetables (onion, capsicum, carrot) for 2-3 minutes and add, Manchurian Balls. 4 Add masala mixture (no need to add extra salt) and stir well. Bring to boil & simmer for 2-3 minutes. For thicker gravy simmer for 3-4 minutes. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot!

Storage

Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place. On opening this pack, transfer contents immediately into a suitable air-tight container. Keep the container closed after use.
