Preparation and Usage

Cooking instructions: serves 4 1 Chicken Pakora - mix 150g boneless chicken cubes with 1 tbsp of wheat flour (maida), 1 egg and salt to taste. Deep fry golden brown & keep aside. 2 Add 2 1/2 tsp (17g) Ching's Secret Masala to 1 1/2 cup (250ml) of water and mix well. 3 Heat 1 1/2 tbsp of oil in a pan and stir-fry 1 cup (100g) of diced vegetables (onion, capsicum, carrot), 1 slit green chilli and Chicken Pakora for 2-3 minutes. 4 Add masala mixture (no need to add extra salt) and stir well. Bring it to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. For thicker gravy simmer for 3-4 minutes. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot!

Storage

Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place. On opening this pack, transfer contents immediately into a suitable air-tight container. Keep the container closed after use.
