Preparation and Usage
Directions: 1- Mix the content with 1 cup of water (stir well) 2- Soak around 30-45 min (raising time) for better result 3- Form balls with a mold, or a tea spoon by hand 4- Fry in preheated deep vegetable oil at high temperature Serving Suggestion: 1- Arrange the falafel in a plate 2- Top with chopped parsley, mint leaves, tomatoes, pickles and turnips 3- Pour tarator "tahini sauce" on top prior to serving Tarator: 1- Add 1/2 cup of Tahina Al Rabih in kitchen bowl 2- Mix with 1/3 cup of water and the fresh juice of 1 lemon 3- Add to the mixture salt and smashed garlic (1 / 2 small spoon) 4- Mix well to get a smooth sauce. Falafel are more delicious with "Al Rabih" Tahani sauce "tarator"
