Recipes

Delicous Authentic Capellini Kheer Heat 2 tbsp butter ghee in a pan. Add 2 cloves and 2 green cardamoms, cook till they release a strong aroma. Roughly break 3 Capellini nests into the pan and fry until golden brown. Add 500ml milk, bring to the boil and add 3 tbsp sugar. Simmer on a low heat until the Capellini is cooked through. Serve hot or chilled.
