Baked Custard Recipe Ingredients: 4 eggs 1/2 cup ground sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 can Island Sun Evaporated Milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A pinch of nutmeg, for garnish Custard cups for baking. Preparation method Preheat oven to 180ºc. Mix eggs, sugar and salt in a large mixer bowl. Add Island Sun evaporated milk, water and vanilla extract; beat until mixed. Pour into custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place cups in a baking pan; fill pan with hot water to 1-inch depth. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Remove cups to wire rack to cool completely. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
