Preparation and Usage

Infuse one teabag in 200ml of freshly boiled water for 3 minutes, or longer for stronger, then remove. For a refreshing change, add ice or allow to cool, and refrigerate for later. Herbalist Tip: While you infuse, cover your cup to prevent the volatile oils inside from escaping.
