Preparation and Usage

Preparation: All packaging needs to be removed before defrosting. While the product is still deep-frozen, tear or cut the protective packaging open at the tear notch and completely remove the packaging (see drawing). Defrost the cake at room temperature on a suitable cake plate. When sliced allow 1 hour less. 4-5 h Chef's tip: Best results are obtained by slicing the torte into portions 30 minutes after removing from freezer.

-18 °C Best before end: see front of pack -12 °C 3 weeks -6°C 4 days 5°C 1 day in refrigerator Do not re-freeze once thawed. Freshly frozen at the bakery. Keep frozen: -18 °C.
